Deadline Newsroom - Examiner.com's Valerie Heimerich, the Sacramento Pet Rescue Examiner, recently gave a shout out to Ned Buratovich, DeadlineNews.Com's Web Master and Editorial Artist, for the big guy's love of animals.
Apparently, when Buratovich isn't developing web sites or busting politico chops some of his time is spent helping our furry friends.
Heimerich's story reports when Suna Kneisley needed assistance for her Sacramento nonprofit group Cats About Town Society (C.A.T.S.), Buratovich stepped in, pro bono, and created an animal rescue web site that's, well, the cat's pajamas.
Buratovich also, ahem, pawsed for the cause with a web site design for Spay It Forward, a non-profit that filled Japan's SPCA gap after the magnitude 9 earthquake and tsunami hit Japan, March 11, 2011.
Kneisley describes Buratovich as one of the most "boundlessly creative, dynamic and whimsical" people she knows.
